	Massachusetts Law Reform Institute's comments on the Child Support Guidelines and how they can be raised so that low income families receive adequate child support		9/28/2005
		Massachusetts Law Reform Institute submitted these comments to the Child Support Guidelines Review Committee urging that the basic order percentages that non-custodial parents contribute as child support to low income families be raised; that the custodial parent income disregard for those families be increased; and that the way that the health insurance credit is calculated be changed so that basic child support orders are not reduced so much.
