This section includes materials on family law and domestic violence. The materials listed immediately below are a series of booklets developed by Neighborhood Legal Services that cover most major family law topics. Some provide general information, others talk about court rules and procedures for the Essex County Probate and Family Court, the court that handles most family law matters in the county. Much of what is in these materials applies to other courts as well but a bit is specific to Essex county. To the left are links to additional family law materials we have collected.
